Refund policy

14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product to us, without having to give a reason. This period applies to all orders, in France and in the United States.

How to make a return
1. Write to us at kyvano.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the product(s) concerned (you can also use the withdrawal form included in our Terms and Conditions of Sale).
2. We reply with the return instructions.
3. Send the product back no later than 14 days after notifying us, to the following address: Kyvano — Marius Troccaz, 126 Chemin les Ramades, 46150 Crayssac, France.

The product must be complete, unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are your responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipment: it allows you to prove that your parcel was sent.

Refund
We refund the full amount of the returned order, including the initial delivery costs (based on standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. The refund may be withheld until we receive the product or proof that it has been shipped. It is made to the payment method used for the order; how long it takes to appear then depends on your bank.

Personalized products
Products made to your specifications (engraving, photo, name, text) cannot be returned because you changed your mind (article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code – Code de la consommation). Please check the spelling and the photo carefully before confirming your order. They are of course still covered in the event of a defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or defective product, or order error
Check your parcel as soon as you receive it. If a product is damaged or defective, or if you did not receive the right item, write to us at kyvano.contact@gmail.com with a photo: we will offer you a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Exchanges
To exchange a product (different size, different color), the quickest way is to return the item to us under the conditions above and then place a new order. A question about sizing before ordering? Write to us and we'll help you choose.
