We deliver to France and the United States.
Delivery costs
- France: €3.99 — free delivery on orders of €50 or more
- United States: $9.99 — free delivery on orders of $79 or more

Delivery times
Our products are shipped from the warehouses of our partner suppliers. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page and at checkout. Personalized products (engraving, photo, name) require a few extra days of production, specified on their product page.
Parcel tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time on the Track my order page. If your order contains several products, it may arrive in several parcels.
Customs duties (United States)
For deliveries to the United States, import duties or taxes may be charged by the local authorities. Where they are not shown at the time of payment, they are borne by the recipient.
