Customer reviews displayed on the product pages of the MLW store are authentic reviews left by consumers who purchased the product in question. These reviews are collected via a third-party customer review application and imported from the product supplier's platform. They are presented under the heading "Product Customer Reviews" to clearly inform visitors of their origin.

In accordance with article L. 111-7-2 of the Consumer Code, MLW specifies that:

  • No consideration (financial or otherwise) is provided in exchange for the publication of a review;
  • The displayed reviews are subject to a selection based on their relevance and authenticity, without alteration of their content;
  • The publication date of each review is displayed near it;
  • Reviews are kept for an indefinite period unless a justified request for deletion or a substantiated report regarding their authenticity is made.
