Article 1 - Seller Identification

Article 2 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between MLW and any consumer ("the Customer") making a purchase on the MLW website. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 - Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy on each product page (essential characteristics, price, availability). Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product, particularly concerning colors.

Article 4 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). MLW reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in force at the time of order validation. Delivery costs are indicated before the final validation of the order.

Article 5 - Order

The Customer validates their order after checking the contents of their cart, the total price, and the delivery terms. The validation of the order implies acceptance of these GTC. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after payment validation.

Article 6 - Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. It is made securely via Shopify Payments and/or the payment methods offered on the site (credit card, etc.). MLW does not have access to the Customer's complete banking data.

Article 7 - Delivery

Delivery times are indicated as an estimate when ordering and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. MLW cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances (force majeure).

Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision in writing (email to mlw.store@gmail.com) before the deadline expires. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, within 14 days of notification.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated on the site. Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.

Products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons (if applicable) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Article 9 - Legal Guarantees

All products sold benefit from:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code);
  • The guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

The Customer can assert these guarantees by contacting MLW at mlw.store@gmail.com.

Article 10 - Liability

MLW cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product by the Customer, or from circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, act of a third party, etc.).

Article 11 - Customer Reviews

The customer reviews displayed on the product pages of the MLW store are authentic reviews left by consumers who purchased the product concerned. These reviews are collected via a third-party customer review application and imported from the product supplier's platform. They are presented under the mention "Product customer reviews" to clearly inform visitors of their origin.

In accordance with article L.111-7-2 of the Consumer Code, MLW specifies that:

  • No compensation (financial or otherwise) is provided in exchange for the publication of a review;
  • The displayed reviews are subject to a selection based on their relevance and authenticity, without altering their content;
  • The publication date of each review is displayed next to it;
  • Reviews are kept for an indefinite period unless a justified deletion request or a reasoned report regarding their authenticity is submitted.

Any report concerning the authenticity of a review can be sent to mlw.store@gmail.com.

Article 12 - Personal Data

The processing of the Customer's personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 13 - Consumer Mediation

In accordance with article L.616-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved amicable dispute, the Customer may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator. ⚠️ Name and contact details of the mediator to be designated once the activity is created (mandatory for any company selling to consumers in France).

Article 14 - Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
