The website kyvano-shop.com (the “Site”) is published by Marius Troccaz, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel) trading under the trade name Kyvano (SIREN 109 225 870), 126 Chemin les Ramades, 46150 Crayssac, France — kyvano.contact@gmail.com. The Site runs on the Shopify platform.

These terms of use govern access to and use of the Site. Purchases are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, and the processing of your data by our Privacy policy. By browsing the Site, you accept these terms.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. We strive to keep it accessible at all times, but it may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or in the event of technical difficulties, without any liability on our part.

To place an order, you must be of legal age or have the consent of a legal representative.

You can log in to your customer account with your email address, using a login code sent by email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your email inbox confidential.
